Who Is Eligible 13,500 Benazir Kafalat Payment?
This installment is not for everyone. BISP has clarified that only three categories of women are eligible to receive the payment in this round:
- Women who missed their December 2024 payment: If you received an SMS from 8171 last December but were unable to collect the amount, you can now collect it without any issues.
- Verified regular beneficiaries: Those who have been receiving the Kafalat payments for several years and have completed the required dynamic survey.
- Beneficiaries with PMT scores above 32: Some women, despite having a higher PMT score (typically above the eligibility cutoff), have still been approved for this round and can collect their payment.
Who Will Not Receive the Benazir Kafalat Payment in April 2025?
There are seven categories of women who are not eligible to receive the payment this time:
- Women who received Rs. 5,000 under the federal government’s Ramadan Relief Package.
- Beneficiaries of provincial-level Ramadan assistance programs.
- Those who have already received their complete December 2024 Kafalat instalment.
- Recently surveyed women whose eligibility is still under review.
- New tax filers or women declared ineligible by BISP.
- Women who have not completed their dynamic survey.
- Women from districts not included in Phase 2 of the payment plan.
Anyone who falls under these categories is advised not to visit the campsites, as no payment will be issued.

How to Receive the Rs. 13,500 Benazir Kafalat Payment
If you are eligible and your district is part of Phase 2, here’s how you can receive your payment:
- Visit the designated BISP campsite in your district.
- Carry your original CNIC for identity verification.
- After successful verification by staff, your payment will be handed over.
- If applicable, children’s Taleemi Wazaif stipends will also be provided.
Payments are being issued through authorized platforms such as Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank of Punjab, depending on your region.
How to Check Benazir Kafalat Payment Status
Currently, the 8171 web portal is being upgraded. Until it’s live, beneficiaries won’t be able to check payment status online. However, the portal is expected to be fully functional by Monday, April 14, 2025.

- Enter your CNIC number.
- Check your payment status and other details online.
