8171 Portal Payment has increased the assistance amount under the 8171 Ehsaas Program in May 2025. Now, an amount of Rs 13,500 is being paid to newly eligible women. This step has been taken keeping in mind the inflation rate so that relief can be provided to the deserving families.
This increase is only for those women who have recently joined the Ehsaas Program. The government says that after checking the old beneficiaries, their amount can also be increased soon.
New Registration Starts on the 8171 Web Portal
New registration has also started on the 8171 web portal of the Ehsaas Program. Families who were not included in the program earlier can now become eligible by providing their information.
The applicant only has to provide the identity card number and mobile number. After this, the system automatically checks their eligibility.

How to Get the Payment 13500?
When a beneficiary’s registration is complete, the government sends an SMS to his/her number. After that, he/she can go to the nearest BISP or Ehsaas Centre and get the payment.
The payment is verified through biometrics to prevent fraud and misuse. Women who have not received the message can check the status by sending their CNIC to 8171.
Steps Required to Get New Assistance Money
- Register your CNIC on the 8171 web portal
- Get biometric verification done after receiving the SMS
- Go to the nearest payment centre and get the money
- If there are any issues, contact the district BISP office
Need for Verification From NADRA
If an individual’s information is incorrect in NADRA, their registration will not be completed. Therefore, it is necessary to get the CNIC information corrected first.
After NADRA verification, the application can be resubmitted on the 8171 web portal. This process ensures transparency and accuracy.
